This page explains how to request deletion of your Superior Insurance Group (SIG) account and associated data from the SIG mobile and web application.

Who This Applies To

This process applies to users of the Superior Insurance Group mobile application (package name com.superiorinsurancegroup.app) and the SIG web portal at superiorinsurancegrp.com. SIG is operated by Superior Insurance Group LLC, a licensed Illinois insurance producer.

How to Request Account Deletion

Because account deletion permanently removes your insurance intake history, quotes, uploaded documents, and messages, we verify every request manually. Follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to anthony@superiorinsurancegrp.com from the email address associated with your SIG account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my SIG account".
  3. Include your full name and the phone number on file so we can match your request to your account.
  4. Optionally, tell us whether you want us to delete everything, or keep specific items (for example, prior quote history you may want to reference later).
  5. You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days. Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

If you no longer have access to the email on file, call our office at (708) 300-9182 and we will verify your identity before proceeding.

What Data We Must Keep

Illinois insurance law and federal record-keeping requirements require us to retain certain records even after you delete your account. The following data is kept for the periods indicated and is not purged on request:

Records we are required to keep are stored in restricted, audit-logged systems and are not used for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than legal compliance.

Retention Period

Non-retained data (items in the "What Data Is Deleted" list) is removed within 30 days of our receiving a valid deletion request. Backups containing your data are rotated out within an additional 60 days.
