Terms of Service

Welcome to Superior Insurance Group LLC ("SIG," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SIG Platform mobile and web application ("App"), our website at superiorinsurancegrp.com ("Website"), and all related insurance agency services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Insurance Services

Agency Role: SIG operates as an independent insurance agency licensed in the State of Illinois. We act as your representative to obtain insurance quotes and policies from licensed insurance carriers. We are not an insurance company.

No Guarantee of Coverage: Submission of an application does not guarantee insurance coverage. All coverage decisions are made by the insurance carriers.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information in all insurance applications and forms. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, policy cancellation, or claim denial by the carrier.

4. AI-Powered Features

Our App uses artificial intelligence to assist with form completion, document analysis, and insurance recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions are assistive tools and do not constitute professional insurance advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all information before submission.
• AI features may produce errors or incomplete results. Always verify critical details.
• Voice input features process audio for transcription only. Recordings are not stored.

5. Voice and Communication Features

• Voice Intake: By using voice features, you consent to audio processing for speech-to-text conversion. Illinois is a two-party consent state (720 ILCS 5/14-2), and your use of voice features constitutes consent.
• SMS/Text Messages: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to your insurance services per TCPA regulations. Text STOP to opt out at any time.
• Email: By providing your email, you consent to receive transactional emails about your policies, quotes, and account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written consent.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading insurance applications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including the SIG Platform software, design system, intelligence engines (SENTINEL, PRISM, PULSE, ATLAS, BRDNA, NEXUS), algorithms, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Superior Insurance Group LLC and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. Payment and Billing

Insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurance carriers or their authorized billing agents. SIG does not collect premiums through the App unless specifically indicated. Trust account transactions are handled in compliance with Illinois DOI regulations (215 ILCS 5/500-70).

9. Limitation of Liability

• SIG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• SIG is not liable for any losses resulting from insurance carrier decisions regarding coverage, claims, or pricing.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SIG (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• SIG maintains or intends to maintain Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage as required by applicable law and carrier appointment agreements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIG, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We will retain data as required by law and our data retention policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
