You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Call us at (708) 300-9182 and request to be removed from text messaging
• Email us at Anthony@superiorinsurancegrp.com with "STOP SMS" in the subject line

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further text messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Please note: Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other forms of communication (phone, email, mail).

7. Supported Carriers

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your mobile phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimer

Text messaging is not a secure method of communication. Do not send sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords) via text message. If we need sensitive information from you, we will direct you to a secure method of communication.

We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or otherwise affected by wireless carrier issues, network outages, device incompatibility, or other factors beyond our control.

10. TCPA Compliance

This SMS program is administered in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. Section 227) and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations. We maintain records of consent for all recipients and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

11. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this SMS Disclosure from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via text message or other available contact methods.
